Beau Jo's pizza is legendary among Colorado outdoor enthusiasts. The original pizza restaurant, located in Idaho Springs, Colorado has been the apres ski hangout since it opened in 1973.In harmony with the environment, we are a Colorado company that utilizes both wind source and solar power in our restaurants.

We start with a pile of light, crispy tortilla chips fried in transfat free oil, and then drizzle them with green chili. Then we smother them under a blend of Monterey jack and cheddar cheeses and bake them to perfection. Over the cheese, we add fresh diced tomatoes, scallions, spicy jalapenos and black olives, garnished with chunky salsa (sour cream available upon request).
